this fee assists Avery Island Inc in coastal restoration and conservation projects.

These projects include:
Coast line restoration and marsh grass planting.
Wild life management (including black bear management).
Saltwater intrusion mitigation.
Cypress swamp restoration (over 5000 trees planted per year).
And other projects.
